Size exchange

Ø  If the size does not fit you, we offer one-time exchange service in the condition that same style is still available in stock. In case there is out of stock, customers can select any other item to exchange with the same price or above by paying the price difference. Please note in case the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original purchase, no refund is offered.

Ø  Simply contact us by email cs@sync-xing.com within 5 days after receipt of purchase. Please provide us your name, order number, product name, product photo and exchange size request. After our confirmation, we will get back to you and handle it promptly. If that period of time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.


Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items

Ø  Receiving SYNC XING parcel should be a pleasurable surprise! We will be deeply sorry if that things go wrong.

Ø  For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items(items shipped was not the items ordered), please let us know within 5 days of receiving shipment. Simply email to cs@sync-xing.com to let us know your name, order number, product name, product photo, contact details and returning reason. Once email is received, we will handle it promptly. 


About refund

Ø  We do not provide refund service


Shipping Cost

Ø  For replacing the defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items(items shipped was not the items ordered). It is our responsibility to pay for the shipping cost.

Ø  For size exchange request, shipping cost to return and receive exchanged items back is the responsibility of the customer and this fee must be included with returns.

Ø  If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Friendly Reminder

Ø  Items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged condition, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.

Ø  Please be sure to package your return properly. We will not be responsible for damaged product

Ø  If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process an exchange and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
